In the meantime I put the python call into bootlocal.sh which caused piCorePlayer not to run anymore but the fan started at boot. So I copied an older version of mydata.tgz to the card and since that backup is done without errors. I already tried to start the python script by putting the call into the user commands section before and it didn't work because I made something wrong somehow.
