The only "flc flc transcode" workaround I can find for "IFT" with "skip" uses ffmpeg to skip and resample but then it needs flac to re-encode into Flac. Not a good solution.
I think tdlflc provides the required flexibility. As a side note - I noticed that WebUI Settings/Info/Filetypes does not show any of the "transcode" rules.
