I think it might be something to do with pulseaudio now sitting on top
of alsa.
Last week I tested a Desktop install of the new OS and Squeezelite ran
without an error.
I was able to run squeezelite (alsa) and a desktop web player
(pulseaudio) at the same time.
I don't have time to further with this today, maybe look over on the rpi
forum, sorry :(
