I tried that with advanced IP scanner. I see a couple of unidentified IP
addresses but none of them work to open pcp interface. I also tried
installing pcp with RPi imager (write and verif OK) but network
connection on my DAC is still not lighting up. 

I remember having similar issues when I upgraded from 6.0 to 6.1. It
ended up working fr no apparent reason.
