On LMS info page under *"Helper Applications Folder"* I have following Synology 'internal' paths : -"/lms/Bin/x86_64-linux, /lms/Bin, /usr/local/sbin, /usr/local/bin, /usr/sbin, /usr/bin, /sbin, /bin, /usr/libexec......"- Do I have to back up those folders too or just '/config' content ?
The binary folders are part of the image, no need to back the up (you can't, actually). You can only back up what is outside the container - which is the folder you map to /config.
