Are you looking at them individually?I have also isolated CPU 0 > and 3 and allocated 3 to Squeezelite but it seems to me that nothing at all is running on CPU 3 and the affinity for the PID for squeezelite is 0-2. So CPU 3 is isolated completely and isn't used.
