I've used an Audiophonics Power Management Module (PMM) for over 7
months with a Pi3 + LMS. It's been permanently powered on and the power
switch only used a few times. It's used with the recommended power
overlays.

The first sign of something odd was that the Pi3 started to reboot
randomly once or twice a day. After several days of this the system
failed to reboot and I found that the SD card was corrupt, presumably
because of these random reboots. I prepared a new SD card and then found
that although the PMM would turn the Pi on properly, it wouldn't turn it
off.

After a support request to Audiophonics they generously sent a new unit
in replacement. However this exhibits the same behaviour.

On reflection this appears to have started after upgrading to pCP 7. It
could well be a coincidence but I wonder whether the power overlays
could have changed with pCP7? (Alternatively perhaps a GPIO channel has
been damaged?)

Has anyone seen the same issue?
