Is there an explanation why the access to the pCP repos is (or can be) rather shaky.
You're using one of the big German cable providers?
Could it be related to a repo server capacity issue?
pCP is using Cloudflare, one of (if not the) biggest CDNs. Why this repeatedly causes issue I don't know.
