I do not know where and how to use alsactl -R.
But i did 
ssh@pcp
cd /var/lib/alsa/
sudo rm asound.state

Then i created a new one with 
sudo alsactl store

The file shows value 100 db 0.0, but somehow alsamixer changes the fader
from 100 to 20 after a reboot,
the asound.state keeps the value 100...
