The "HOLD" keys, like pause, which is mapped to STOP does not work with
the FLIRC.  You need to map the KEY_G symbol to a dedicated STOP key.

For ffwd and frew, which are SCANNER_FWD (KEY_R) and SCANNER_REW (KEY_E)
you again need to map separate keys from jump_rew (KEY_Z) and jump_fwd
(KEY_B).
