Hi, I'm trying to set up a 3.5" Waveshare screen on PcP7, Pi4b. Using pcp-jivelite_wav35skin.tcz skin.
I'm following http://www.pughx2.com/picore3.html. I have the screen running, but calibration is somewhat bad. When I run calibrate I don't get all the way through. Maybe 2 or 3 crosses in the corners, one in the middle then crashes out. When I run the test, the stylus is 1cm or so from the cross-hairs. If I boot with jivelite, I can sort of navigate the setup menu using the stylus, however the back button (top lerft) is not selectable (I'm supposing because the calibration is poor?) So I can drill down and select a wallpaper, or skin, etc, but can't back out. Also the screen is in 'negative'. I.e. with black wallpaper it is white, and the "now playing" image is negative also. Help appreciated. Note. I'm not interested in the touch feature anyway. I just want to use the display and control via a phone/pc etc. So if there's a way to change the settings remotely (not via the TS) that would be enough.
