It's likely a cache issue on the extension filesystem-xxxxxxx. That extension was updated after the launch of pCP8. A minimal system would not have that extension on it.....therefor those systems are not affected. I got home from work late last night, and I completely forgot to re-cycle the cache at our CDN. What you should be able to do in the interim, is to switch to the mirror repo. (Bottom right corner of the web interface) That mirror is on sourceforge, it will be slower, but they don't use a big caching CDN.
