My guess is that you have a corrupt file somehow.  (The MD5 file might
be intact, but the actual extension might have failed)

Bad SD card or a bad power supply??
How big did you expand your file system?

Try to.

Remove LMS from the pCP LMS web page,  reboot.

Then try to re-install again.   Make sure you do this from the LMS pages
from within pCP
