So I did the following:

1. Try again using the laptop. The result: bluealsa hw debug_hp
laptop.txt 36535
2. Add --aac-latm-version=0 with the P20 phone. The result: bluealsa hw
debug_P20_with aac-latm-version=0.txt 36534
3. Add --aac-latm-version=0 with the laptop. The result: bluealsa hw
debug_hp laptop_with aac-latm-version=0.txt 36533

I am not sure whether they look the same. 2 & 3 definitely look very
different. However, there's still no sound, and the dac is still not
synced with PCP.
