Move the LMS cache back to the SD card.
Remove the USB stick, format as NTFS in Windows, add your music and playlists. Shut down pCP, re-insert the USB stick, power on your Pi. Give your USB stick a meaningful name (anything but LMSfiles, which in my opinion is stupid), suggest "music". When everything is working as expected, you can move the LMS cache back to the USB drive, though there's no need whatsoever to do so. *Server - LMS 8.3.0 *Pi4B 4GB/Argon one case/pCP 8.1.0 - 75K library, playlists & LMS cache on Sata SSD (ntfs) *Study -* Pi4/Pi screen/pCP 8.1.0 > HiFiBerry DAC HAT > Edifier *Lounge* - Pi2/pCP 8.1.0 > HiFiBerry DIGI+ > Topping E30 > AVI DM5 *Dining Room* - Echo Show 8 *Garage* - Rpi4/pCP/AP mode > Touch > Edifier *Spares* - 1xTouch, 1xSB Radio. 1xSB3, 6xRPi, 1xDAC32, 1xCORE32 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ kidstypike's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10436 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115661 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
