Thanks, I got the nfsd up and runing without the above mentioned errors, but now I have to edit the /usr/local/share/nfs-utils/files/exports, which is a link to /tmp/tcloop/nfs-utils/usr/local/share/nfs-utils/files/exports. This is mounted ro, so I cant edit it. I created a new exports file in /usr/local/share/nfs-utils/files/ for testing purpose, but showmount -e "nfsserverip" doesn't give me a shared directory although I restarted the nfsserver. It's strange, because usually the export file resides in /etc. The exports file has one line: /mnt/Music *(rw,sync,no_subtree_check) Where is my mistake :-) ?
