As I have suggested before, if squeezelite is installed either by the package manager or, as in your case sudo apt install squeezelite, it should , by default start when you power up the computer. Sorry, I don't know Ubuntu, perhaps someone else can help with that. My Linux Mint is just a back-up, I only start it every few months to update. Squeezelite always starts. ronnie I seem to remember that the desktop version has a sort of start up folder that one can install programs into.
