Well I tried a whole new download of pcp v8.2 64 bit version. Extracted it and Rasp Imager onto a new card ( yes with the settings options ).
No network find for Wifi - again Thanks to the wonders of Amazon Prime - got an OTG USB to ethernet adaptor Tried via ethernet and a IP address is found. Logged in the pcp via the IP address Re-entered the Wifi credentials and saved thus creating a PSK paraphrase.
