I think you can install the Group Players plugin and create a sync group that includes both of those squeezelite instances. Home Assistant should see the sync group as a single player. But I have no experience using Home Assistant this way, so this is pure speculation on my part. Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge).
