Why would you want to run rustc on pCP? You can run it on any "full blown" OS, or even cross-compile for the Pi - it might be worlds faster, too. It's what I'm doing for the Spotty helper application. I even use a Github workflow to build binaries for the Pi, which I then use with my pCP installation.
