If you want to really maximise the potential of PCP on Pi, there's a really detailed blog - I mean REALLY detailed - at https://soundcheck-audio.blogspot.com/p/soundchecks-tass-intro.html with some really useful tweaks to make. YMMV of course and it's always the law of diminishing returns, but an interesting read if nothing else. Some of these, like CPU isolation, are a must for sure.
