I assume that you are using the latest XpostFacto extensions, so... If you have enough memory (128 megs to 256 megs) your swap disk should be fine but it can be quite high if you exceed your memory a lot and you should delete it from Terminal and reboot. or Backup and get rid your less important files. ----- Me fail English?
