I emailed Powerlogix about this concern. Here's their
response:
"With todays technology you don't need a large
heatsink. It should run well below 85C which is the
max temp it's rated at."
Wow, that's pretty good to know. 85C = 185F. That's
pretty hot. I'm glad I emailed them as Cache Control X
(which BTW is a great L2 cache enabler for X, even on
non-Powerlogix upgrades) says it's running @ 40C or
104F.
