In my Apple system Profiler, it also states "External L2 Cache: Not Installed"(I'm running a NewerTech 350MHZ G4 in a 7500), but in Powerlogix Cache Control X 1.2 it is enabled. And it runs like it is enabled as X is ALOT slower without it. So if you've installed Ryan's L2 enabler or Powerlogix and they are saying it's enabled, I would venture to say it probably is and Apple System Profiler is inaccurate (As it sometimes can be with 3rd Party upgrade cards.ie: Inaccurate clock speed reporting).
