Thanks for the information. What I'm trying to find out is how to disconnect
from the internet. I quit on the screen, but the telephone line remains
active and no one can make any calls. I was away from everything for three
hours yesterday, and the phone was still tied up. The only way I can break
the connection is to disconnect the line from the Modem, and then I get
messages on the screen saying there is a problem with the line and the modem
can't connect.
