Because of the great variety of email clients in existence -- and 
especially because a lot of programs insert hard returns on text over 
70-80 characters long -- the only way to keep a long URL intact is to put 
it between < and > symbols:

<http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=cyb
erdog6&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=25>

That link oughta work in any email client that supports links. URLs 
without the < and > symbols will not be recognized by some email programs.
