Get a copy of ResEdit if you don't already have one (you can download it free from Apple's web site or go to http://www.resexcellence.com where I'm sure you can download it or find a direct link to it on Apple's site). Launch it, go to File > Get File/Folder Info..., and select the file you want the creator code for. Towards the top of the dialog is the Type code and the Creator code. There's some other apps that will give you this info also, but ResEdit's easy to find on the web and it's free.
