Dayna has long since be dead. Last I checked (about 1.5 years ago) the site wasn't even around. They make a good product though, and if you can find one with the software, go for it. Very reliable. I have an old Dayna EtherPrint Plus that has been running for 4years with no problems. Note that some products won't need software at all, or will come with software, but you don't have to use it.
