ATI 128 is a bit too weak to run QuartzExtreme in any Mac. The best i think is the Radeon 7000 that i bought new at Apple Expo 2002 in Paris at the price of 117 Euro (almost the same in USD). I considered it was a good deal cause i couldn't find any refurbished radeon at a good price on ebay.
