I had the same problem with my Beige G3 and 10.1.5. My guess was that since in OS 9 my old 2nd monitor was on the right, but in OS X my new 2nd monitor was on the left (due to different sizes), OS X read the OS 9 prefs and couldn't hold the new ones. Sort of like sound support. So... have you tried resetting the prefs in OS 9? I planned to try, but never got around to it, and it was fixed in 10.2. -- _______________________ Phil Lefebvre Chicago, IL -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
