On Apple's support web-site, you will find the correct recommended 
sequence if you hunt hard enough for it.

Recognising that this is an issue, I have written out the full working 
sequence and included it in a short paper to appear at next month's 
eurobsdcon. So I hope there'll be a definitive reference for peole to 
consult after that.
