Hi, The set up: PM 7600 w Powerlogix G3 300 256 ram ix3D Ultra rez video card External 3Gb drive (Where OS X is installed)
I used Xpost facto 2.2.4 to successfully install OS 10.14 All went well enough. There are two monitors connected to the Mac. The install process showed up on the monitor connected to the internal video. Everything installed normally. The only problem is that the video from the ixMicro card will only display 640x480. So I have a couple of questions. Is there anyway to get this card to work properly with OS 10? From a search on the internet, apparently there is an Apple rom version of this card out there. Isn't ixmicro the company that took over the twin turbo name? (The card fitted stock in a PM 9600 and Umax S 900). I haven't looked at the card in this machine yet. Will an Apple ROM chip for a Twin turbo 128 card work? I have an extra ROM chip that I bought from Jeff Walther awhile back. Any ideas?
