After weeks of floundering trying to install upgrade 10.1.5, I followed your advice and the icons changed from grey to black! The installation proceeded without a hitch. I can't thank you enough. I do have one nasty problem left. When I try to get on the internet or try to get my mail by clicking on the icons in the dock, I can't get through. I have to go to the yellow internet icon in the application folder. Then I get connected to the internet without any trouble. However, I still can't get my mail. This used to work. Thanks again.
