Yes, I have used Drive 10 and I say don't bother to get it. In order to run the important stuff you need to be booted from the Cd and that isn't possible in OSX on our machines at this time. It has also gotten bad reports from people I trust. It also will not run from OS 9.x Disk Warrior is the way to go so figure out how to get it to run on your machine. It has saved me many times. Even saved 30 gb of Video work after I was fool enough to install Norton 7.0 on my OSX disk. Norton 6.04 which comes on the 7.x CD will do what you need from OS 9.x on your OSX disk but I wouldn't count on it saving already trashed files etc like Disk Warrior does.
