Antonio, what Peter says is accurate "that masquerade thing". But have you tried this: I have 2 S900's that I've loaded OSX, but I have done so by installing onto a SCSI drive first. Then used a program called "Carbon Copy Cloner" to "install" onto my intended partitioned IDE. Works like a charm! Oh! put that Radeon in Slot 1, IDE in Slot 2 Load "9" onto that IDE 2nd partition, then install OSX onto that SCSI drive (MoBo slot,, next to ram) you should have just enough space to do so, I've loaded OSX on a 2.1 gig IBM SCSI then use CCC to "Copy" OSX from the SCSI drive to the IDE, but use "Xpostfacto", read Xpostfacto hints pages. I am not familiar with Sonnet's install utility... doesn't it cost?? I have never had success installing "direct to IDE" but there are others that have, It may have been because of the ATA cards I started with. I now use VST Ultratek 66 these machines. ACARD Ahard PCI Ultra ATA/66 is even better. For install purposes "remove" the USB and Firewire cards. Also last but not least...post to "Supermacs" lots of good people there that can help you. I hope this helps you...Good Luck, Phillip Meza -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
