Hi all, I am now happily running Mac OS 10.2.4 on my Apus 3000 (c600) with 300 mHz G3 Zif card, and it is indeed a great improvement over 10.1.5 (in appearance as well as speed) (with XBench 1.0 I now get a score of 15.92 which is mainly due to the poor memory/System Bus and Open GL performance; without these I get 22.55).
However, in the process I have lost my Philips 2x SCSI-CDRW, which did work under 10.1.5. The CDRW is recognized, but the Apple System Profiler states: "burning not supported". I remember that there was a thread in either the Supermac or the Unsupported OS X list that dealt with the problem to get unsupported drives fully working, but I was not able to find it in the archive. Could someone please point me to the solution? Many thanks in advance!
