I personally would not ignore it. This is code and somewhere down the line it will cause you a headache. Did you run fsck more than once, you should. Run your Disk Utility and see what it says. Explore running norton or what ever and see if it clears up. Also you might just trash the plist and see if it corrects.

Sorry for posting this earlier without subject.
I opened the Console log after running fsck and got the following screen:

2003-09-01 05:50:09.158 pbs[401] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
<plist resource in resource fork> of bundle: /Applications/Utilities/ATI Utilities/ATI Monitor
The parser will retry as in 10.1, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.
There is mention of a "problem that should be corrected on the plist" and "data is not proper UTF-8." I don't have a clue what this means. Everything seems to be running OK. Can anyone interpret the above message?

yeah it's a minor thing in the ATI program, which isn't essential; I think it means it uses an odd character somewhere in the ATI Monitor plists somewhere.

Just ignore it.
