This might be a little OT, but there isn't a list for "barely support....sometimes, ... maybe" is there?

This is strange

I have a G3/DT here that I run OS 10.2.6 and and 2 versions of 9.2.2 on.

Rev.B, maxed ram, 40 gig drive with 9.2.2 and 60 gig drive with 10.2.6 & 9.2.2.
Things got set up this way because the 40 gig drive was the drive I originally had in it and I was gonna use it in something else. So I set the 60 gig drive up with it's own 9.2.2 and then installed Jag. Instead of transferring software between the 9's I ended up just leaving both drives installed. Today I had to boot into 9.2.2 - sometimes I have to boot into the 9 on the 60 gig, in order to boot into the 9 on the 40 gig where all my good stuff is. I opened up start up disk CP so I could reselect the Jag OS after I was done and now it's calling the OS 9.2.2 on the same drive as Jag, OS 9.1.7 What's this about? It's called it 9.1.2 a couple of time in the past also, but it was indeed a 9.2.2 upgrade - unless something didn't take? .... There's nothing of importance on the second version of 9.?,( whatever it is), so is it safe to just delete the whole system file? my main concern is screwing up the 10.2.6 OS, but I certainly don't need 2 full OS 9's on the same machine. I'd like to save the OS9 on the 40 gig, and get rid of the OS9 on the 60 gig drive. Is it possible or am I now stuck this way because of the way OS X interfaces with 9 / Classic? Everything runs fine with no apparent glitches, I just think it's a waste of space, and a hassle when I want to boot the first 9.2.2

TIA.
