- get a model with a 4 port switch built-in, as it is super convenient and usually adds very little to the price.
I have seen these as low as $30 CDN (25 USD) after rebate!
Make sure to get the firmware update and install it right after you change the default password.
There are many manufacturers, such as Linksys, Netgear and Asante... I prefer the web interface on the Linksys, but the features are the same as the Netgear I installed for someone else ;-)

Can someone direct me to the best router/hub for DSL internet access. I have a PC and a MAC that will be sharing the same line. Please if anyone can direct me to the specifics, It would be greatly appreciated.
