When you use it full time for a bit it does not seem clumsy. It starts making a lot of since, with only a couple of meaningful exceptions. It should run very well on a 733 G4. If the 733 is the model without a L2 cache that will be a hit on performance. All Macs like L2s but OSX really likes it. I think the 733 has a good graphics card and that will help a lot. Panther will work very good with 512 and perfect with twice that.
