When you say that the Radeon 7000 supports Quratz Extreme, you mean
through PCI Extreme, right? And if I'm not mistaken, it's not a good
idea, or have you or others found that it doesn't affect their systems
after all on 33Mhz PCI. B&W users have 66 PCI so I understand they have
a great experience with PCI Extreme, but I thought you shouldn't do it
with, say, a beige G3 unless you were willing to have performance suffer
with things like video playback--or dv editing or encoding. But I'd love
to be wrong cause I installed it once and it was beautiful--i just got
discouraged from reports that it would hinder performance.

16 MB Vram OS X compatible PCI card of $100. Can it be better deal thank
redeon 7000?
The Radeon 7000 is $130 (OWC) or less with 32M and Quartz Extreme
support.
It's a decent price, but I don't know that it's a Radeon beater.
I also don't seem to be able to find what GPU it's using, what
OpenGL support it has, or whether it supports Quartz Extreme with
PCI Extreme.
Still, my hat's off to them, those folks over at Sonnet never cease
to impress me with their devotion to supporting us old Mac users.
