Hi all,

First post to the list.
I have a 9600 with a Sonnet G3 card that I want to run OS X on. The problem is that it has an old FWB Jackhammer SCSI card in it that is totally incompatible with OS X. I tried installing using XPostFacto just in case I got lucky, but no go.

My query is thus - what 68 pin SCSI cards work under OS X? Preferably something relatively easily obtainable on eBay. Both of my main drives are 68 pin..............

I don't want to spend a lot of money on this machine - I mainly want to use it as an mp3/file server. It's getting a little long in the tooth to do much else with. I'm buying a Blue & White to replace it as a desktop machine.

Thanks for any ideas,
Graeme.
