Dear Christians: Greetings, in the One whose palms bear marks of His
promise for you, and for me.
Though it is early in the week, due to a trip tomorrow to Missouri, I find
it necessary to write tonight to remind you of Lutheran Confessions Study
Club, this coming Monday, March 7.
Monday morning, we will move toward the conclusion of our study of the
Formula of Concord, Solid Declaration, Article IV, "Good Works."
After your arrival, your morning may begin with coffee and donuts, followed
promptly by the Office of Matins at 9:30am. We will enjoy lunch together
after the morning study of the Confessions.
Remember to invite those you have not seen present at our monthly gathering.
There are, no doubt, brothers and sisters, in Jesus, who would rejoice in
the opportunity to sit at the feet of the doctors of the Church, and learn
from the confessors as have we.
Jesus bless and keep you and your dear ones in this, the Season of the
Light, as we move toward the blessed Transfiguration of our Lord, Sunday.
