Conference Theme: I Trust When Dark My Road:
A Lutheran View of Depression

“Conference on Christianity and Culture” on Saturday, November 12.

Conference Speaker: Rev. Todd A. Peperkorn, STM, Senior Pastor at Holy Cross
Lutheran Church in Rocklin, CA

How do Christians understand mental illness? Is depression a medical condition
or a spiritual condition, or a combination of both? By weaving Scripture with
his own experience suffering with clinical depression, Pastor Peperkorn will
lead us to the theology of the cross, and how God is at work in both strength
