I got this email from the form submissions
do you export the forms and stick them somewhere on
your site? Or do you just link to that app?
Both. The forms are portable, or you can Iframe them with a
javascript Iframe sizer.
On the webpage : http://esourcehome.com/wiki/index.php?title=FormBuilder
I had a sectionneer the bottom with the following link
*Useful Links*
http://www.formassembly.com/wForms/
This link has an open source JavaScript Forms library specifically for
some validation and such.
I want to make the for export failry flexable on rely more CSS.
But for the builder UI, Ajax and JS would be sweet.

(10:26:20 AM) Utah_Dave: mindjuju: yeah, I looked at it. It looks pretty
interesting.
(10:26:51 AM) Utah_Dave: do you export the forms and stick them

(10:27:12 AM) mindjuju: link to the created form, ithink like survey
monkey
(10:27:19 AM) mgeary: aah
(10:27:56 AM) mgeary: except in some very specific cases, i wouldn't
store
application-important information in external databases
(10:27:57 AM) mindjuju: I think he should soften the form look with
dojo,
but was going to see what wps and swb think about it
(10:28:17 AM) mgeary: but if all you're looking for is survey-esque
data,
that could be useful
(10:28:34 AM) mindjuju: i think they have plans to integrate a CRM
(10:28:40 AM) swb: mindjuju, what's the link again?
(10:28:45 AM) mindjuju: but you'd have to build the rest of the site
around
it

Trevyn, I think you may want to look at softening the look of the
forms by
using something like dojo toolkit. If you want, I can whip up a page
somewhere where you can see some of the form elements in web 2.0 feel.
Others on the list can tell you of other frameworks that can also offer
different form looks.
