1) you could use 1and1 - they offer both web and pop interfaces and some spam filtering (though I'm not too sure how good it is - I rely more on thunderbird / spam assassin. 2) have you talked with google to see if they offer an enterprise solution so you can keep your domain which I assume you want to do.
