Well, as someone who has developed a lot in VS in the past, it's fine.
I guess...
But this runs completely contrary to what MS wants you to use, ASP.Net
and C#. The little blurb from the MS guy on the bottom was a bit
funny. After rereading "Why VS.PHP?" I'm still wondering why.

Hey uphpu-ers,
I just came across this:
http://www.jcxsoftware.com/jcx/vsphp/home
... a PHP IDE based on Visual Studio. Has anyone heard of /
used this? It looks interesting, but I can't imagine that I'll be
giving up my Zend IDE, or even my Context text editor to use it.
However, someone that has a lot of experience with Visual Studio may
really like it. Any thoughts?
