I prefer using ems or percentages in most cases, but in the case of the products I assumed they'd be using some sort of thumbnail image. I wouldn't want to use a percent on those boxes (defeats the auto-adjusting columns thing) and for ems - I could have done that, but I find that if the product box around the thumbnail gets is huge while the thumbnail itself stays small, it looks a little silly.

The margin on the links at the side is only used to draw a 1 pixel line between each link.

If I used px anywhere else, I was probably just not thinking :-p
