Amen to that. Speaking of phone calls, it's also annoying that so many people assume www goes in front, even if you give them a different subdomain. I told someone the other day to go to test.somedomain.com. They kept seeing different things than what I was trying to get them to see. After a couple minutes I said: "um... did you go to test.somedomain.com or www.test.somedomain.com?" After the person answered the question I had to say it... "If I want you to go to www. something, I'll say 'www. something', otherwise, just go where I say to go - don't assume the www's." I knew the person well enough that I could be that blunt...
