I like it. just as clarification, jobs would be posted through the website and be sent to the mailing list and posted on the website. I also like it. This brought up a line of thinking. Since most (*assumption alert*) people signing up to the discussion list don't mind getting the job postings. They could be automatically subscribed to a jobs list. (or perhaps a jobs option on the same list) One could then un-subscribe to the jobs list. (or jobs option) Anyway, I'm done thinking out loud. (almost. or we could just let those people complain because jobs are posted to the main list) Ok, really done now.
